    Nice Ingredients, Too Spicy

    Nice, quality ingredients. Love that the noodles are made of buckwheat instead of wheat. But the peanut sauce needs to be toned down a bit - it's too spicy.

    Really delicious and fresh salad with lots of protein and fiber and an excellent peanut sauce - just the tiniest bit spicy, love that!
