Seasonal Pie: Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Pie

Ingredients: layers of sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb in a flakey hand-rolled pastry crust topped with buttery streusel crumble    

DOUGH: white flour, shortening, water, brown sugar, salt

FILLING: strawberries, rhubarb, cane sugar, arrowroot starch, lemon juice TOPPER: white flour, brown sugar, salted Melt butter, cane sugar, salt
