When it comes to Cleansing & Healthy Eating, we believe it is especially important to consume truly raw, organic and fresh products.

Everything in our cleanses is certified organic. Our juices and meals are made fresh every day and never HPP’d or UV filtered. The result is the best tasting and most nutrient-dense juices we can make.

We use glass bottles to preserve the quality of our products and reduce our environmental impact. Return your bottles to us and we’ll sanitize and re-use them over and over again! What's healthy for you, should also be healthy for the earth and our environment.

2-3 days before you begin your cleanse, begin to cut back on caffeine, alcohol, sugar, meat and dairy. Focus on taking in whole, plant-based meals and veggies, fruits and grains. Drink plenty of water and avoid processed foods. This helps ease your body into the cleanse, support your digestive system and reduce symptoms like headaches or fatigue.

• Take things slow! Each cleanse is different for each person so start slow so you can gauge how you’re feeling
• Ease into and out of your cleanse to support your digestion system through the changes. This is especially important if you are doing one of our all-juice cleanses. Before you cleanse, shift to a whole, plant-based diet and gradually reduce caffeine. Do the same thing once your cleanse is finished and reintroduce foods slowly. 
• During your cleanse, avoid alcohol, caffeine and processed sugars and focus on whole fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Prepare your fridge in advance if you can!
• Drink water! 
• Avoid intense exercise. We love activities like gentle walking, yoga, meditation and deep breathing.
• Support your body’s detoxification through Epsom salt baths, dry brushing or saunas/steams.

This depends on the type of cleanse you’ve chosen, but in general you may feel the typical symptoms of detoxification which includes:

• Headaches

• Fatigue

• Skin Changes

You may also feel hungry depending on the cleanse you’ve chosen as a result of eating fewer calories or reduced solid food. 

This is all normal but listen to your body! Don’t hesitate to incorporate foods or more calories if you feel it’s needed and always consult your doctor before beginning a cleanse. 

Our cleanses ship with freshness in mind, so we only ship 3 days at a time to ensure you are getting the freshest and most nutrient dense products possible. If you want to do a longer cleanse, we recommend placing 2 orders with 2 separate delivery days. 

We don’t allow substitutions on our cleanse packages, but you are able to add additional juices or items to your order.
