HOW LONG SHOULD I CLEANSE FOR?

Everyone's needs are different when it comes to cleansing the body and it will depend on your experience and goals! If you’re someone who eats plant based normally, you might only want to cleanse for 1-3 days to give your metabolism a chance to rest and reset. However, if you’re looking for a deeper detoxification than we recommend anywhere from 7-10 days.

 If you’ve never cleansed before, we like to suggest starting with our plant based days to allow your body to work it’s way up to a juice cleanse. We say 2 days, but you can always add in more!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEANSE?

There is no right or wrong way to cleanse when it comes to how often you should do it. We like to say that cleansing with the seasons is always a good idea. It allows your body to detoxify as the new season comes in.
