Before you start any cleanse, it’s important to prepare your body for the detoxification process so you don’t put it into shock. We believe it’s best to consume a plant based diet 24-48 hours prior to your cleanse. Eliminating processed and refined foods, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, meat and dairy prior to starting your cleanse will help your body kick start the elimination process. We have a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options that would make the perfect pre-cleanse option!


Listen to your body, if you need to eat try to opt for foods that are easy to digest like bananas. We encourage you to drink lots of water and herbal teas, and if you need that boost of caffeine try to opt for green tea. We believe in shifting your focus to mindful activities such as yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Try to relax and take a warm bath with epsom salts!


When you have finished your cleanse, it’s important to ease your body back into eating solid foods. This is the best time for you to listen to your body's reaction to the foods you are incorporating back into your diet. It will allow you to see what your body is able to break down and what's causing it trouble. Our smoothies or soups would be a great first meal post cleanse and any of our in-house nutritionists would be able to help you pick a wide range of options.
