We are very sorry but at this time we are not able to deliver outside our delivery area. However, we are hoping to continue expanding our delivery area when possible. If you want your city/town to be top of that list, please email us at email@example.com. In the meantime, we do have wholesale partners throughout the GTA and beyond, so have a look at our locations to see if there’s one near you. You can also place an order for pick up at one of our Village Juicery stores the next time you’re in town.
Absolutely! Simply leave detailed instructions (i.e. buzzer number, if we’re to leave it with a concierge, etc.) in the notes section while checking out and we’ll be sure to follow your instructions. If we are to leave it with someone other than yourself, please be sure they know the items need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
All orders placed before 3PM will be delivered between 10AM and 5PM the next day. If your order was placed after 3PM, it will be delivered between 10AM and 5PM the day after.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer a specific delivery time window but we’re working hard to make that happen! Until then, all deliveries made before 3pm will arrive between 10am to 5pm the next day. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we’re able to narrow this time window.
With the exception of our pantry items and some of our supplements and snacks, most Village Juicery products need to be kept refrigerated for maximum shelf life and freshness. Your delivery will come fresh out of a refrigerated truck and we recommend you popping your items in the fridge as soon as you are able.
At Village Juicery, all our products are made fresh with no processing or preservatives. This means all our juices, smoothies, shots and meals have a shelf life of 2-7 days. Please see specific details on the pages of the items you’re interested in ordering.

At the moment our Village Rewards Program is not connected with our Online Store but we are working hard to resolve that. We hope to have you accruing and using loyalty credit on your online purchases as soon as possible!
Yes! Please return them to a Village Juicery store for loyalty credit. Please note only clean bottles are accepted and at this time we are only able to accept a maximum of 12 bottles per visit/day.
